General Questions and Information

  • Tickets are mainly available on our website (you are on it, Just click on your city) and also via Ticket Tailor. We may also host tickets on some other sites such as see tickets or Ticketmaster.

  • All tickets are from £49.50

    All ticket companies add a booking fee and unfortunately we do not have control of those.

  • We have a no re-entry policy at all events. This means that once you leave you can not re-enter the event.

    Last entry for all outdoor events will differ per event so please check social media for all updates.

    If you are coming to one of our indoor shows last entry will be 2 hours after the start time of your session.

  • The cost of admission is the fee for Entry, this helps us cover costs such as – hire charges for the venues, lighting, set up and the musical entertainment. There are also cleaning, insurance, security and administrative costs.

  • Booking fees are not something we are in control of, the ticket partners add ticket fees and are their fees for processing the tickets.

  • The last admission is two hour before the Session ends.

  • Most of our sessions sell out and there is no guarantee tickets will be available on the day for any sessions. You are strongly advised to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Sorry – no. Our policy is no refunds of ticket purchased in advance. However, if you have bought a ticket that you then find you can’t use, you can transfer it to a friend.
    Please note that if you have a promotional discount code these will only be available for a short amount of time. You must also use these codes at the “Your Details” section of the buying process. Unfortunately these codes can not be entered retrospectively.
    Not entering a discount code at time of purchase is not grounds for a refund on tickets unfortunately.

  • All events are hosted outside so please check weather conditions and dress appropriately.

  • Each event will have its own line up so keep an eye on our social media for all event line ups. Please do note that at times line ups will sometimes change so keep an eye all announcements.

  • Outdoors
    Yes, festivals will be open to all ages. We will have a strict policy that under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult of 21+

    We will allow a ratio of 1 Adult to a maximum of 3 under 18’s.

    ID Will be required by all, even if you are lucky enough to look under 25.

  • Unfortunately not, no matter how nice fido is you can not bring your dog / cat / budgie or pet giraffe.
    If you have a guide dog or support dog, please contact us and we can then make sure everyone at the event is aware and can make provisions if required.

  • At all of our Indoor events we do not allow this.

    Small Camping Chairs are allowed.

    Unfortunately we do not allow anything along the lines of Small Marquee, Tents, Tables or Trolleys due to safety.

    These items will be refused at entry and we have no provision to store them for you.

  • At the current time we do not have camping available at our events, if this changes it will be dependent on each event.

  • As a general rule we do not have parking at any of our events, we would suggest using the Parkopedia website for any local parking opportunities.

    If we do have parking on site we will post information on the page social media, but this is very rare.

Drinks and Food Information

  • All drinks can only be purchased over the bar by card only, we do not accept cash.

  • All events are cashless so this means we will accept card payments only.

  • All food vendors will be cashless also, so card or contactless only.

  • We will have a great range of drinks including ciders you can see some of our previous ciders we have stocked here, we will also have a bar that will host many different spirits such as Gin, Rum, Vodka and also some Prosecco! Plus also some beers for those who would like that instead.

  • No, we do not allow this. We have some amazing food and drink on offer so we do not allow you to bring your own food.
    If you wish to bring some water that is not a problem, please make sure the bottle is sealed.
